Oh man, how did I let this blog fall through the cracks?
We’ve been busy. And I’ve been lazy. So here is quick recap of what we’ve been up to these last 6 weeks.
We went on a nature walk:
Dressed up for a Halloween party.
Toured a corn maze in the night.
Went trick-or-treating.
Ended the soccer season on a cold and rainy day.
Expanded co op to include some new friends.
Got back in the pool.
Celebrated a princess’ birthdate.
Went on vacation to the Poconos in PA and danced our butts off.
Tried out the hot tub.
Went go-karting.
Wrote our Thankful list.
He lost his first tooth!
Had a small yet yummy Thanksgiving meal.
Schoolwise, Hayzel is currently working on mastering addition of multiple addends. He is practicing reading and spelling words ending in –ing, –ed, Long I, and Long O. In geography he is learning about topography. Has has worked on identifying rivers, lakes, valleys, canyons, volcanoes, mountains, hills, desserts, and plains.
This is a very busy time for me, so I am not sure how much I will be writing through December. As soon as things settle after the holidays, I will be picking this up again.
